Arizona Aircraft Expo on the horizon
November 6, 2012, 04:21 pm
Aircraft dealers in Arizona are working away to prepare for the fourth annual Arizona Aircraft Expo on November 9 and 10.
The event will feature some of the latest general aviation aircraft on display at Landmark Aviation at Scottsdale Airport, including models from Cessna, Cirrus, Beechcraft, Eclipse, Embraer, Piper, Pilatus, Lancair, Quest, CubCrafters, Husky and more.
The expo is free for anyone and will include ownership services that would be required in purchasing an aircraft. Representatives from Aviation Tax Consultants, AirFleet Capital, Wings Aviation Insurance and Airport Property Specialists will be on hand to guide potential buyers through the process. November 9 will feature an ownership seminar, where experts will provide answers to questions on anything from insurance to tax implications for owning a plane.
Aviation fans will have to pick between events, as Piper Aircraft and the Piper Cub's will be celebrating their 75th anniversary with a customer fly-in from November 9 to 11 in Vero Beach, Florida.
The event is being put on by more than 20 companies sponsoring activities that include the reception, vendor exhibits, aircraft static display, customer awards, facility tours, a history lesson from Piper’s official historian, a Piper meet-up and a pancake breakfast.
Pilots are reminded to purchase pilot life insurance, especially if they are considering purchasing an aircraft of their own, to keep their family's financial future safe.
