The JPMorgan Aviation Transportation and Defense Conference in New York City is attracting a wide variety of aviation and financial groups to the event.
Landstar System, an integrated supply chain solutions provider specializing in the transportation industry, recently announced it will be participating in the conference, where it will present an overview of the company, its 2011 financial results and projections for the remainder of 2012.
U.S. Airways will also be presenting at the conference. Company President Scott Kirby will deliver his speech to the conference via webcast so investors and clients not attending the conference will have access to the presentation online for viewing at their convenience.
In addition, Alaska Air Group, the parent company of Alaska Airlines and Horizon Airlines, will also give their presentation at the conference live online via webcast. Brad Tilden, the president and CEO of Alaska Air Group, will discuss the group's plans for the future and how technology and safety will play a key role in growth.
Another way aviation enthusiasts can secure a safe future is by purchasing pilot insurance to protect against the unexpected.
