Sentient Jet is teaming up with the Boston Celtics to support the Shamrock Foundation. As the official private jet partner of the team, the company will help bring aid to children in the Boston area. The Shamrock Foundation has helped fund numerous organizations, including the Perkins School for the Blind, Children's Hospital Boston, and Horizons for Homeless Children. Boston Celtics team president Rich Gotham says he is glad Sentient is partnering with the organization. "We are proud to partner with Sentient Jet to provide our fans with unique and convenient access to best in class private aviation services," says Gotham. "Their support of the Shamrock Foundation through this partnership will help the Celtics to better serve children in need throughout New England." A number of other airlines have collaborated with charitable organizations. Southwest Airlines, for example, helped raise funds for animals affected by the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico. Delta Airlines has also reached out to others and donated $1 million to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta, Georgia.
